Hertz 10-minute guarantee car rental

Imagine disembarking from an exhausting 10-hour flight and having to wait more than 30 minutes for your rented vehicle to arrive. I might be exaggerating but when you’re tired and jet-lagged, a minute seems like forever.

I’m glad that Hertz, the car rental company, has lent an ear and promised to deliver rented automobile to weary travelers within 10 minutes. If Hertz manages to adhere to it’s 10-minute guarantee 8 out of 10 times, I consider it a job well done. Look, after spending half a day in a plane, I’d rather not waste another second idling away at the airport.
